Can my expert control my computer?
Only as far as you allow. You choose the access level: Guide Only (she guides you step by step, never acts), Ask Me First (every action needs your approval), or Full Control for tasks you trust her with. You can interrupt at any moment, out loud.
Is my screen private?
Yes. Your expert sees a screen only when you explicitly share it, a visible glow frames it the whole time, and what she sees is analyzed in the moment and never stored on our servers.
Can I talk with my expert by voice?
Yes, voice is the primary way. You talk like you would with a person at your desk: interrupt her mid-sentence, think out loud, ask her to slow down or take over.
